STPCon Fall 2018 - Logo

Next week, we’re joining renowned software testing professionals and the community at the Sheraton Pentagon City Hotel in Arlington, Virginia at STPCon Fall 2018!

What is STPCon Fall? STPCon Fall (@SoftwareTestPro, #STPConFall) is an annual conference hosted by Software Test Professionals. The conference features software testing thought leaders and practitioners sharing the latest topics and trends in the industry including agile testing, performance testing, test automation, mobile application testing, and more. This year’s conference is taking place in Arlington, Virginia from October 22-25.

We are looking forward to learning from friends and leaders like Paul Grizzaffi, Mark Tomlinson, Paul Merrill and dozens more. There is no doubt we will be taking home some new best practices and insights to inspire us for the remainder of 2018 and beyond.

We are also scheduled to deliver two talks.

Moshe Milman — Applitools’ Co-founder and COO

The first session is led by Applitools co-founder & COO Moshe Milman, which takes place on Thursday, October 25 at 2:15 p.m. EST. Moshe presents “Can Codeless Testing Scale?” where he takes an objective look at record-playback tools and compares them with programming-based automation tools in order to evaluate their applicability to visual test automation.

Also on October 25, Justin Ison, a Senior Software Engineer at Applitools, shares a demo on “Advanced Test Automation Techniques for Responsive Apps and Sites”. During the presentation, Justin demonstrates a complete Selenium-based automated test for a popular responsive website.

We are honored to be STPCon Fall Sapphire Sponsor alongside our friends at Sauce Labs. You can find us at STPCon Welcome Reception & Sponsor Showcase on Wednesday, Oct 24, from 5 pm to 7 pm at the Galaxy Ballroom, and at the expo hall on Thursday, Oct 25, during conference hours. We’re excited to share the latest visual testing and monitoring techniques that support automation and improved visual UI testing through the Application Visual Management (AVM) approach.

We’re also looking forward to sharing the latest from Applitools Eyes, our Automated Visual AI Testing Platform. Learn about the recent updates to our AI powered visual UI testing platform, Eyes. The latest features include Cypress and Storybook SDKs that are engineered to run visual tests instantly as developers write code, enabling them to identify visual bugs as soon as they are introduced. The result is more productive engineering teams, delivering higher-quality apps faster than ever before.

Additionally, Applitools Eyes offers UI baseline management, team collaboration, a wide range of integrations with testing frameworks like Selenium, and extensive analytics dashboards — eliminating the stress of manual visual testing through its AI features. This helps ensure a visually perfect user experience on every single browser and device.

We hope to see you there!
