Danit Raadan Ideses

Danit is an accomplished HR leader with a decade-long track record in the hi-tech industry. Presently, she serves as the Head of HR at Applitools, where she has been leading for the past three years. Prior to that, Danit founded her own HR services and recruitment company, where she provided support to startups and gained valuable insights from a VC perspective. In addition, she held HR leadership positions at Ctera and JustVisual (formerly Superfish), where she built the HR department from the ground up, establishing core HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.

Danit holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, which she leverages to address the unique challenges of the HR department. She brings a wealth of experience to her roles and has demonstrated her ability to develop and lead high-performing teams.
