Applitools Centra Terms of Service

You acknowledge and agree that Applitools is providing You with access to Applitools Centra on a trial, courtesy, or evaluation basis.  To the extent that this provision is in conflict with any other term or condition in any agreement between the parties, this section shall supersede such other term(s) and condition(s) with respect to Applitools Centra, but only to the extent necessary to resolve the conflict.  Applitools Centra is provided as is, without any warranty, indemnity, maintenance, or support, express or implied, subject to any statutory rights that cannot be excluded or limited by law.  Accordingly, You acknowledge and agree that any use of Applitools Centra is entirely at Your own risk.
