What do you mean by “concurrent sessions”?
Concurrent sessions are the number of tests that you run at the same time. Running more concurrent sessions means that your test suites complete in less time.

How long are your contracts?
Our contracts are for one year, but can be extended longer.

How do you count test runs?
A test run is counted as any single test run, e.g. one browser/screen size combination. if you run a test on two browsers and two screen sizes, that would be counted as four test runs.
