Opening an Issue
If an Implementation image has an issue which needs to be addressed by developers or other team members, you can open an issue in Centra with details of the problem.
Once the issue has been created, you can tag team members to make them aware of the issue. If you tag a team member, Centra sends them an email with a link to the issue.
Once an issue has been fixed, you can mark the issue as resolved.
To open and issue:
In the Comments section, click Add and then click on the Implementation image.
Enter a title and description for the issue, select a severity level, and click Create.
After an issue has been created, other members can view the issue, leave comments, and tag other team members.
Once an issue has been fixed, click the icon to mark it as resolved.
