Recorder Test Settings

To open the Recorder Test settings, in the TestGenAI extension click

The test settings contain the following options:

• Excluded Attribute Types

  Selector attributes that should not be used for self-healing.

• Excluded Attribute Keywords

  Selector attributes containing keywords that should not be used for self-healing.

• Included Attribute Types

  Selector attributes that should be used for self-healing.

• Context Awareness

  This option adds to the autohealing mechanism's robustness. Generally, it should always be enabled. However, collecting the context of elements might impact the recorder's performance when testing large pages. Disabling this option will improve performance and can be done temporarily.
