Applitools Centra makes it easy for designers, product managers, marketing managers, developers, and other users to collaborate on product design and how it is implemented.
Applitools Centra connects teams across the product delivery lifecycle from design to implementation, to allow users to track, validate, and collaborate on the interface design. You can upload application designs, or import designs directly from Figma, and compare them to the current implementations in local, staging, or production environments. This lets designers, developers, testers, product managers, and digital leaders communicate and validate that the application interface looks exactly as intended.
Centra has the flexibility to align with your own workflow. For example, you can use it to:
- Allow product managers, designers, and developers to view and collaborate on product design
- Track the history of design changes and view comments on archived Design images
- Allow different stakeholders, including product managers, designers, and developers, to review and comment on product implementation
- Track the history of the design and implementation
- Allow users to validate the implementation with a side by side view of the design and implementation
- Open issues and track them in Centra
- Approve or reject the implementation before deployment
A typical workflow could be as follows:
- A team member uploads a Figma file or implementation of the product design.
- (Optional) Users can share the design with other team members, allowing them to comment on the design. If necessary, team members can upload revisions to the original design.
- Team members upload images of the application as it was implemented.
- Team members can review the Implementation images, add comments, or open issues in your bug-tracking system. The can then Accept or Reject the Implementation image.
