As our People Partner you will be responsible for partnering with the business to help solve complex organizational challenges and promote the Applitools culture everyday, This is a highly collaborative role with a lot of opportunity for high impact and growth as we continue to scale our business. We’re seeking an HR professional invested in building and nurturing relationships with both leadership and team members across different offices, functions and remote locations.
Within this role, you will be responsible for a number of strategic People projects. You will:
Collaborate with the global HR team to develop talent strategy in everything related to: Hiring Strategies, Performance Management, Talent Development, Leadership Coaching, Culture & Values.
Act as a culture ambassador, fostering cross-functional collaboration on diversity and inclusion programs.
Partner with managers to understand their key issues and organization needs and provide professional HR advice and consultation on issues around people management.
Advise local team members and leads on all things People related issues, respond to employee relations concerns, as needed, including investigating and responding to workplace complaints.
Run day-to-day HR operations and compliance for areas across the US.
Partner with both internal and external Talent Acquisition teams on developing staffing for areas within the business.
Significant proven HR experience, within a high-growth software organization with heavy employee relations experience. Demonstrated progressive experience in the HRBP / HR Site manager space
Relationships are key! You have excellent communication skills and you are quick to develop relationships built on trust and positive regard.Proven success as a progressive human resources professional with demonstrated experience in a senior HR Business Partner role within a dynamic, fast-paced and rapidly growing environment.
Experienced people partner with a track record of building high performing teams, able to successfully attract, grow and inspire top talent.
You are enthusiastic about building and managing programs and best practices for performance management, career development, employee relations and culture
BA degree or equivalent practical experience.
Expertise in Federal and California employment laws, including FLSA, immigration, discrimination, family and medical leave, ADA, sexual harassment training, EEOC reporting, etc.
