Senior Customer Success Engineer

Job Description

Why Applitools? We are changing the landscape of software development. Applitools provides the only commercial-grade, visual AI-based test cloud service that validates application user interfaces in a fully automated manner, used by hundreds of engineering teams at top brands worldwide.

In this role you will be responsible for supporting customer's successful implementation of Applitools products or Services. On-board new customers for faster time-to-value


  • Function as the customer advocate and provide internal feedback
  • Technical ownership on customer demos and POCs and pilots
  • Enabling and training customers in adopting to Applitools
  • Solving complex problems while dealing with dynamic environment

      • BSc or BA in Computer science (or any other relevant degree) from a top university

      • 5+ years of software development experience, highly proficient in Java

      • Customer facing experience in Technical Account Management or Technical Support. 

      • Strong understanding of project management methods: manage multiple work plans, resources and deliverables.
      • Passion for tech learning: experience and knowledge of SaaS, Mobile testing, Automation technologies will be useful

      Preferred Qualifications

      • Working knowledge of one of the following programming languages: Ruby, C# or Javascript
      • Experienced with unit testing, test automation, CI-CD and modern devops frameworks.
