At Applitools, we’re on a mission to help test automation, DevOps, and software engineering teams release mobile and web apps that are visually perfect. We are a dynamic startup that provides the only commercial-grade, visual AI-based test cloud that validates application user interfaces in a fully automated manner. We are dedicated to helping companies quickly craft software that delights their customers.


We launched in 2015 and currently have over 300 paying customers around the globe, including Fortune 100 companies in software, banking, retail, insurance, and pharmaceuticals. Our service runs on a groundbreaking and creative image processing stack that we developed from scratch in-house.


As the first dedicated product marketing hire on a growing team, you’ll shape our product marketing practices to meet the needs of a fast-growing startup. Working alongside an experienced VP of Product Marketing, you’ll be encouraged to innovate and use the latest, most effective marketing tactics.



In Your New Job, you will craft compelling messaging across a wide range of marketing assets, including…

  • Product launches: ensure that customers take notice of new capabilities that we are launching.

  • Top-of-funnel: website content, digital ads, social media, and other web outposts.

  • Mid-funnel: Lead nurturing emails and Intercom bot responses.

  • Bottom-of-funnel: own our sales enablement program, including persona definitions, prospecting, qualification, corporate deck, objection handling, and more.


Your Career Will Progress in several meaningful ways by learning…

  • The creative and intricate world of Category Creation Marketing. You will help define a new sector of technology called Application Visual Management (AVM)

  • The nuances of marketing artificial intelligence. You will learn how to explain it, share its relevance to business problems, and address concerns around it.

  • The company strategies and tactics necessary to help a young company grow from start-up to $50m+ in revenue in just a few years. Learning from a global product marketing veteran along the way, you will get a front row seat to the plans and decisions we make and see how your work contributes to the team's success.


We'd Love to Have Someone with some or all of the following experience (don't worry if you don't have all these; we're happy to mentor):

  • Experience marketing SaaS, cloud, DevOps, application lifecycle management (ALM), and/or developer or testing tools is valuable. Ideally this experience is as a product marketing manager, but it can include related areas such as product management, or content or customer marketing as well.

  • Familiarity with B2B software or SaaS sales environments is also important, whether as an account manager, SDR, or SE.

  • If you happen to have experience as a software tester, developer, DevOps engineer, or site reliability engineer (SRE), that is helpful in selling to our developer community.

  • Excellent, authentic communications and storytelling skills - verbal, written, and visual - with the ability to distill simplicity from complexity when describing technical products is a huge plus.
