We launched in 2015 and currently have over 300 paying customers around the globe, including Fortune 100 companies in software, banking, retail, insurance, and pharmaceuticals. Our service runs on a groundbreaking and creative image processing stack that we developed from scratch in-house.


Responsibilites:

As a passionate and driven customer success manager at Applitools, you will be joining a newly forming function, giving you the opportunity to influence set up our customer success approach and develop how Applitools interacts with our growing customer base. Your day-to-day work will include the following...


  • Meeting with a variety of clients, interpreting their needs and delivering solutions to provide the best possible experience with the end goal of minimizing churn and driving expansion.

  • You will track critical action items for our c, guiding them through a series of milestones for success and scheduling touch points to review progress and customer value.

  • Managing detailed and complicated onboarding processes with growing customers and high impact product training based on the customers' environment and needs.

  • You will facilitate cross-team collaboration (Sales, R&D, Customer Support, Product and Marketing) to ensure that each of our customers receives a first-class customer journey.


Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a demonstrated ability to read and own a room.

  • Sales engineering and/or Customer Success experience working for a SaaS technology vendor selling enterprise solutions to both technical and commercial audiences.

  • Excellent organization and project management skills to work with a large and growing client base.

  • A track record of success working with Enterprise accounts.

  • Strong technical aptitude, feeling comfortable holding a conversation on technical topics.

  • Ability and motivation to take responsibility, ownership, and accountability for projects from start to end.

  • Having ability and persistence to initiate and build relationships.


Preferred qualifications:

  • Familiarity with open source testing frameworks, methodology, and principles.

  • Understanding of Agile development methodologies including CI.
